DELIVERY SERVICE
Our Delivery Service
No parking, free UK delivery: what’s not to love? Hence we aim to be as swift and secure as poss. All JOGB parcels are 'tracked & signed for' : a premium postage service that protects your purchase. Your item(s) will arrive in a neat brown cardboard box with our logo wrapped on the outside, and your item(s) wrapped in tissue. This way you can always have confidence to send JOGB as a gift to friends and family too (specify and we can even write a card for you!). Your order will be shipped ASAP, normally within 1/2 business days, so you can expect to receive your order within 3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). This service is available FREE (on orders over £50) for addresses within the UK and Channel Islands.
General Information
All parcels will require a signature upon delivery. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Delivery timescales are indicative only. For security purposes all parcels must be signed for on receipt.
Overseas Orders
Please be advised that we deliver orders outside the UK to the majority of countries. This will incur a postage fee stated at checkout (we have tried to keep the cost low) but may be subject to import duties and local taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. Please note that JOGB Ltd. has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes (sorry!). But, if you're keen you will be delighted we are sure! NB: Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. JOGB Ltd. is not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
RETURNS
JOGB Ltd. sincerely hopes you’ll be thoroughly delighted with your purchase (do let us know), but if for any reason you’re not absolutely satisfied, we like to put things right as quickly as possible so you are happy and stress-free! This is our aim. Please return goods unopened and unused within 14 days with original packaging intact and a copy of the delivery note.
NB We are unable to do exchanges or refunds for marked or used products; unfortunately we are unable to refund postage and packing charge.
NB Submission of incorrect information resulting in non-delivery will incur a re-delivery charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged goods: Please call us to arrange an exchange or refund if goods arrive damaged: please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Goods MUST be returned within 14 working days of original receipt after which we will arrange a complementary replacement order at no additional cost to you. Our terms and conditions apply to the use of jogbliving.com, Facebook Instagram and Twitter accounts and by accessing the site you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions set out below. If you are not agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions please do not use this website.

It is your responsibility to read it regularly to determine whether the Conditions may have been changed. You should be aware that this site is being monitored and may capture information about your visit using cookies that will help us improve the quality of our service for you. We vow we will never share your information. However if you are not 100% happy about this please do not use our website
Personal & financial details
JOGB Ltd. does not store financial details such as credit or debit card numbers. Personal details are safely stored and again, we will NEVER pass any of this information to third parties: we hate that too! The only exception is where you have given JOGB Ltd. permission to contact you with exclusive news via subscription to our newsletter sign-up form. To unsubscribe (though why you'd ever want to right!) from the JOGBLiving newsletter, click on the Unsubscribe link or by emailing us at jogb@jogbliving.com with "unsubscribe" in the subject line. If you have subscribed to our newsletter and your email address has changed, please email us with your new email address at jogb@jogbliving.com.
